All repairs and/or work must be approved and supervised by the landlord. Any repairs and/or work costing less than $200 will be the responsibility of the future tenant.

Tenants must maintain renter's insurance with a liability coverage of $2 million throughout the lease term. Electricity service with Hydro Québec must be effective from the first day of the lease, even if tenants will only occupy the premises at a later date.
A deposit representing the first month's rent and the security deposit, equivalent to one month's rent, will be required at the signing of the lease. The security deposit will be returned to the tenants within a maximum of 15 days after their departure, once the premises have been returned in the same condition as at the time of possession. Moving-in fees charged by the condominium corporation are the responsibility of the tenants.
Tenants agree to abide by the condominium rules and are responsible for any fines incurred.
